If you find yourself needing to cancel your order, you may do so for any reason or no reason at all before Saturday 23:59:59 to be eligible for a full refund of your order, excluding the payment processing fee. We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to modify or cancel your order within a reasonable timeframe.


C. Sunday Cancellations:


Orders canceled on Sundays are eligible for a refund amounting to 90% of the transaction, excluding the payment processing fee. While we encourage you to cancel your order before Sunday, we understand that circumstances may arise on Sundays that require you to make changes to your order.


D. Steps to Canceling an Order:


1. Go to My Order.

2. Find the order you wish to cancel.

3. Click the Cancel Order Button.

4. Choose one of the reasons options on your screen.

5. Cancellations before Sundays will receive a full refund without the payment processing fees.

6. Canceling on Sunday will result in a partial refund of 90%, excluding the payment processing fees.

7. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, whether it is your balance, PayPal, Stripe, debit, or credit card.


E. Delivery Day Cancellations:


Please note that canceling an order on Mondays is not possible. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our delivery system. Our team works diligently to prepare your order and coordinate with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery on the designated day. We kindly request that you plan your orders accordingly and consider any changes or cancellations before the delivery day.
